These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Dreamary mobile application ("App"), operated by an independent developer ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the App.
a. Services Provided: Dreamary provides AI-powered dream insights and personalized suggestions based on user-provided information. The App is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only.
b. Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using Dreamary, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
a. Authentication: To use the App, you must sign in using Apple or Google authentication. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date account information.
b. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under it.
a. Private Data: Dream-related information entered into the App is private and visible only to the user.
b. AI Suggestions: AI-generated insights are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, or professional advice.
Some features require an active subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your platform’s account settings. Payments are handled by third-party providers.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to disrupt its functionality, or use it for unlawful purposes.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DREAMARY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE APP.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
